No one sees it coming. Until everything stops and the phone starts ringing.
Everyone points elsewhere while you hunt for the number that actually helps.
Backups run, updates land eventually — whether it all holds when it counts, nobody knows.
Our approach
Structure instead of reaction — from the first conversation to stable, reliable operations.
We listen and look at your business processes to understand the real need — not just symptoms.
We define how your operations should run: access, network segmentation, patch and backup paths, responsibilities.
Phased rollout with fixed maintenance windows — documented and transparent. You always know what is happening.
We monitor around the clock, report in plain language, and keep optimizing — proactive, not reactive.
Next step
Current and relevant
Instead of general statements, we show concretely where short-term action is needed and which technical steps make sense.
Windows 10 has received no regular updates since October 2025. For businesses, paid Extended Security Updates (ESU) bridge the risk — year one runs until 13 Oct 2026, then the price doubles each year (up to October 2028 at most). Postponing the move to Windows 11 means paying twice: ESU fees now and a rushed migration later.
Official information (Microsoft) ↗All companies have had to be able to receive e-invoices since 2025. From 1 Jan 2027, companies with more than €800,000 prior-year turnover must also send B2B e-invoices — all companies from 1 Jan 2028. What matters are end-to-end processes and clean integration into accounting.
Official information (BMF) ↗Germany’s NIS2 implementation act has been in force since 6 December 2025 — with no transition period. Affected companies (from 50 employees or €10m turnover across 18 sectors) must already meet risk-management, reporting and registration duties; essential entities must evidence their measures by December 2028.
